Yummy Anytime

I an effort to get healthier and lose some weight, there is nothing nicer then a smoothie.  Plain and simple I find is the best too!

  1. Hand full of fruit (strawberries today)
  2. 1/2 cup of greek yogurt (natural unflavoured for me)
  3. 2 ice cubes (no need if your fruit is frozen)
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. Optional 1 tsp chia seeds (for that bonus health kick)
Buzz it all up!

I used my hand blender and enjoyed my "anytime yummy" in a minute of throwing everything in the cup. Perfect!
