- Hand full of fruit (strawberries today)
- 1/2 cup of greek yogurt (natural unflavoured for me)
- 2 ice cubes (no need if your fruit is frozen)
- 1/2 cup water
- Optional 1 tsp chia seeds (for that bonus health kick)
Buzz it all up!
I used my hand blender and enjoyed my "anytime yummy" in a minute of throwing everything in the cup. Perfect!
